Some different rules of composition that will help me take good photos is...
Filling the frame, there shouldn't be negative or dead space in an image that makes you question what the focus is.
simplify, exaggerate the subject to create more emphasis on the main focus.
rule of thirds, don't put the subject directly in the middle. This creates a more dynamic photo.
creating depth, create a sense of perspective to move the eyes throughout the image.
connecting the dots, visually connect the subjects using leading lines.
perspective, show a image nobody has ever seen before. Get on the ground and show different angles.
lighting, don't use harsh light and use softer lighting.

diagonals, they create movement
contrast, the more contrast an image has it creates more diversity and separation between subject.
putting a dominant eye in the center of a photo
interrupted pattern is better.
